Program Objective: To educate women about careers in financial services,
and to differentiate Forté companies as the best place to work for women in

Results:

• total clickthroughs: 31,000
• total impressions: 2.7 mm
• 90% linked to Jobs messaging (click through to Power Tools)
• Events (Career Lab) and MBA general messaging less impactful
Key Learnings:
• Broad, relevant messaging = greater results.
•
Can’t control quality of clickthroughs (e.g. profile of Power Tools submissions)
• Limited to available keywords – high quality key words purchased by
others (esp. MBA)
• Continue to explore other non-profit programs (e.g. YouTube)
• Will website traffic gains continue post-campaign??

Objective: increase efficiency/effectiveness of marketing and promotion
initiatives by encouraging users to maintain an updated profile
Key Elements:
• early January: add Login field and Profile update text to top of home page
• campaign period: 1/15 – 1/31
•Jan 15: email request with incentives (ipods; itunes cards)
• Jan 28: reminder email
• also updated registration form fields; increased number of required fields
Results:
• Jan 2 – Jan 14: 1074 profiles updated
• Jan 15 – 31: 2177 profiles updated
– TOTAL: 3251 (12% of database)
• Post-campaign: 177 profiles updated
Next Steps:
• update campaign – every 6 months
• continue to scrub database

The needle is moving up for most schools’ FT female MBA enrollment
• 70% of sponsor schools have seen an increase in FT female enrollment
