Students may withdraw from courses
during the first seven (7) days from the
start of class without a penalty for
tuition
 After the first seven (7) days,
No Refunds will be allowed


CCC no longer has an 80% Refund
policy


Reinstatement

If a student desires to be reinstated
from NSW, NS1, ADW, WHT, they must
submit written approval from the
professor.
 Reinstatement
forms can be secured from
the Registrar's Office.
 The professor must secure appropriate
signatures and return the form to the
Registrar's Office.

PeopleSoft Policy Changes

Repeatable Courses
Select college courses are repeatable
 If a student repeats a repeatable course
and receives a better grade, the student
may request to have the improved grade
calculated in their GPA
 Non-repeatable courses can be retaken
once without approval
 All attempts of non-repeatable courses
are calculated in a students GPA

