This is what resulted when Congress printed more and more money.

British troops occupied this city in the winter of 1777- 1778 while Washington and his troops camped in the woods.

This is where, on Christmas night in 1776, George Washington led 2,400 men in rowboats across an ice-choked river.

This is what corrupt government officials engaged in when they sold scarce goods for very high prices during the Revolutionary War.

This victory for the colonists dramatically changed Britain’s war strategy.

Research Project

You and a partner will be responsible for putting together a project on one of the major figures in the American Revolution. This project will consist of: 1.

2.

A written report on the person that includes biographical information and why that person was important during this time period. A PowerPoint that will include the highlights of your report. You will present this to the class. It must include both information and pictures/art. You may also include sound.

This project will be due on February 7. You have one week to complete this project, so both people should take on some of the responsibility of the work. We will spend next Monday in the computer lab to work on PowerPoint, and I will save your work to be presented on Wed. Feb. 7!
