Application for a Stall at the 2015 Healesville Heritage Festival
The Healesville Heritage Festival is a two day event put on to promote
Healesville, the Greater Yarra Valley, Community groups and Yarra
Valley Railway with the theme of “Bringing The Past To Life”
This year’s event, to be held on the 17th and 18th October 2015, provides
a great opportunity to showcase local businesses and produce. This is a
fantastic community event and the HHF 2015 will be one of the largest
community events that Healesville has seen.
The event is located around the Healesville railway station with over 5
acres of space for the HHF. The site has the capacity to hold around
15,000 people over the two days.
Event History:
The Healesville Heritage Festival was first run in 2009. Each year, the
event has grown and built on the strengths of the previous year’s event,
however the core theme of “Bringing The Past To Life” has been
maintained.
The 2015 Festival will be the sixth time this event has operated.
Benefits in attending as a Stall Holder:
- Previous events have been attended by over 10,000 people across
the two days, from the local area, Greater Melbourne and beyond.
Your stall will be exposed to thousands of patrons with diverse
backrgrounds including families, young couples, retirees.
- The 2015 event has a stronger focus on promoting small
businesses, local traders and the Yarra Valley, with an extended
area dedicated to produce and commercial stalls.
- Your organisation will be part of one of the largest community
events held in Healesville.

There are three different types of stalls available. Please note
that the number of stall spaces is limited. These are listed
below (prices exclude GST).
1. Farmers Market stall - 3x3m
Price $60.00 per day
 This stall is restricted to those people who producers/ grow or
make it.
 Primary Produce must be grown or farmed by the Stallholder.
 Value Added Products must be produced by the Stallholder.
 Re-selling of any product is restricted and subject to further
criteria available on request.
2. Commercial stall 3x3m (larger stalls are available on
application)
Price $120.00 per day
 For those that do not fit into the “Farmers Market stall” criteria.
3. Commercial food van (POA)
 For Fast food vendors eg – Ice Cream van, Donut vans etc.
Products that we deemed inappropriate (eg: discriminatory or offensive)
by HHF management will not be considered. HHF also reserve the right
to reject any application.

2015 Healesville Heritage Festival
Stall Holder - General Information
Stalls & Sites
 Stalls & market sites are allocated at the management committees
discretion.
 We do not supply tents/tables. All applicants must be fully
equipped.
 Not all sites have power. If power is required please contact us.
 No sites have water.
 There are no undercover sites available.
 Please be aware that the HHF will have many exhibits that produce
noise, some may be quite loud.
 Vendors must attend both days of the HHF.
 All vendors are required to have their own appropriate insurance.
 All rubbish, waste and packaging must be taken away by the
Stallholder.
All Stalls and Market Sites are to be set-up by 8am Saturday
(event opening at 9am), with all non-exhibit vehicles to be
removed from the event site by 8:30am. On-street parking for
personal vehicles is available during event hours.
Food
 Applicants/ vendors must comply with all relevant food handling
and safety regulations.
Important information:
For your application to be processed quickly and smoothly, it is
important to supply HHF with as much information as possible. Be sure
to fill in all relevant fields in the online application form before you
submit it.
We will contact you within 14 days to confirm if your
application has been successful.
Paying the stall fee immediately after receiving this notice of
your successful application will secure your stall site. Please
note there will be no refunds.

accept any Application. The trader acknowledges and accepts
that by submitting this Application, it does not constitute any
agreement between Healesville Heritage Festival and the
trader and any acceptance of this Application will be at the
absolute discretion of the Healesville Heritage Festival. The
trader further acknowledges and accepts that by submitting
this Application, a letter will be sent to the trader with respect
to the success of this Application and no further
correspondence will be entered into between the Healesville
Heritage Festival and the trader if this Application is
unsuccessful. The trader also acknowledges and accepts that
by submitting this Application, no reasons will be provided by
the Healesville Heritage Festival to the trader to explain the
grounds on which this Application may be unsuccessful.
