Summary: One of the distinctive characteristics of the Ed.D. at Cal State Fullerton is its
emphasis on preparing leaders for just, equitable, and inclusive education--an effort that aligns
with CPED Working Principle #1. As a part of our efforts, we have taken great strides to
diversify our faculty and students as well as the nature of instruction in the classroom. This has
resulted in great opportunities and some unique, new challenges. This session will consist of a
panel of faculty, alumni, and students who will discuss their experiences and respond to your
