Take I-35 South
Exit 172 I-35 South to Anderson Loop 1604 West
Take the La Cantera Pkwy/Fiesta Texas/Chase Hill Blvd exit
Follow the frontage road to the second light (by the Chevron)
Turn left on Walter Brennan
Parking for Chaparral Village and Laurel Village will be the first lot on the right (Resident Lot 2)
Parking for Alvarez Hall will be the second lot to the right down the hill at the intersection of Walter Brenan and Bosque
(Resident Lot 1)
From Corpus Christi/ Laredo/ San Antonio Area I-35 Corridor South
Take Hwy 37 North towards San Antonio
Take IH-10 West (to El Paso)
Exit on 1604 West

Loading zones will have a 30 minute time limit. After the 30 minute limit
parking will be available in the move in designated parking areas.

Maintenance Work Order:
1. Visit http://webtma.utsa.edu:180/housing/
2. Click “Submit Request” in upper-left corner of the screen.
3. From the “Select Building” drop-down menu select the building/location
in need of maintenance.
4. Once selected, click the tab with the two right facing arrows (>>)
located to the right of the drop-down menu.
5. Fill out all fields in the request form including your name, phone
number, appropriate email address, location call number (e.g. LV
1.104), and a detailed description of the issue.
6. Once the request form is completed, click “Submit”.
7. You will receive an email from housingmaintenance@utsa.edu
confirming your submitted work order.
8. You may monitor the status of a submitted work order by typing in the
provided work order number into the “Search by Work Order Number”
field located in the upper-left corner of the screen… so, make sure you
write it down before closing the window!

Log into ASAP, select “Student Services”.
Select “Fiscal Services”.
Select “electronic check payment”.
This will give you the amount currently due, as in for the month of August.
If there is a balance for tuition and fees this amount will be reflected in this amount.
Once tuition and fees are zeroed out, the only thing that will appear here will be Housing and Meal Plan.
Please follow up with UTSA Fiscal Services 210-458-8000 to verify any payment made is applied as you intended.
