Visit http://webtma.utsa.edu:180/housing/ 2. Click “Submit Request” in upper-left corner of the screen. 3. From the “Select Building” drop-down menu select the building/location in need of maintenance. 4. Once selected, click the tab with the two right facing arrows (>>) located to the right of the drop-down menu. 5. Fill out all fields in the request form including your name, phone number, appropriate email address, location call number (e.g. LV 1.104), and a detailed description of the issue. 6. Once the request form is completed, click “Submit”. 7. You will receive an email from housingmaintenance@utsa.edu confirming your submitted work order. 8. You may monitor the status of a submitted work order by typing in the provided work order number into the “Search by Work Order Number” field located in the upper-left corner of the screen… so, make sure you write it down before closing the window! If there is a balance for tuition and fees this amount will be reflected in this amount. Once tuition and fees are zeroed out, the only thing that will appear here will be Housing and Meal Plan.
