here will deploy Command and
order, COMUSNAVSO
Supporting Elements aboard USNS COMFORT to selected
countries in the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
from April to September 2015 in order to train U.S. personnel
in cooperation with Partner Nations (PN), Host Nations (HN),
Interagency, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to
conduct Civil-Military Operations, including Foreign
Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (FHA/DR), send a
strong message of U.S. commitment and partnership with the
people of the Caribbean, Central and South America, and be
prepared to provide FHA/DR support in response to a crisis in
the USSOUTHCOM AOR.

estimates outstanding
• Flexibility is key! Ship safe: FP and FHP

2011 improved morale
