About the Institute
Amity Business School (ABS) was
established in 1995. ABS’s courses are
approved by UGC and it has also been
accredited by ASIC, UK. The institute is
affiliated to Amity University in Uttar
Pradesh.
Academic
ABS offers two years full time MBA
course with specialisation in finance,
marketing, IT, international business, HRM,
operations and retailing. The institute
also offers value added courses such as
six sigma green belt, business continuity
management, lean management and food
safety management systems to name a
few in collaboration with British Standard
Institute. It has 82 full time and more
than 60 visiting faculty members, with
the student to faculty ratio of 15:1. The
institute has a well equipped library with
over 100,000 books and 10,000 journals,
and is ably supported by six computer labs
having 60 computers per lab and laptops
for each faculty and student. ABS provides
hostel facility to its students which can
accommodate 2,000 students. Leading
companies from telecom, banking, event
management, manufacturing, oil & natural
gas and consulting sectors recruited
students in 2009.

About the Institute
Amity Global Business Schools (AGBS)
was established in 2008. The institute
is affiliated to Amity University, Uttar
Pradesh, and its courses are approved
by AICTE. It also attained international
accreditation from ASIC, UK.. The institute
has its campuses in 15 cities across India.
Academic
AGBS offers a two year full time MBA
course with specialisation in finance, HRM,
IT & operations, international business and
marketing with a total intake of 1,100
students. The student to faculty ratio
of the institute is 10:1 with 47 full time
and 150 visiting faculties. The institute
105 classrooms and 13 computer labs
equipped with 30 computers per lab with
Wi-Fi connectivity across all its campuses.
The library is well equipped with around
40,000 books and 10,000 journals.
AGBS has also entered into a tie up with
UK based Anglia Ruskin University for
student exchange programmes. In 2008,
1081 students took admission in its MBA
programme, while in 2009, the number
dropped to 755 students.

About the Institute
Amrita School of Business (ASB) was
established in 1996 and is affiliated to
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, a deemed
university. It has set up campuses at four
different locations - Amritapuri, Bengaluru,
Coimbatore and Kochi. ASB’s courses are
approved by AICTE, AIU, MHRD and UGC.
Academic
ASB offers a two year full time MBA
programme with specialisations in the
areas of finance, HRM, IT, marketing and
operations, with a total intake capacity
of 120 students. ASB has also entered
into a MoU with University of Groningen,
Netherlands, through which the institute
regularly undertakes exchange of students
and staff. The institute has 17 full time
and 17 visiting faculty members with
the student to faculty ratio at 6:1. It has
a well equipped library with over 13,586
books, periodicals and journals and is ably
supported by two computer labs with 58
terminals. ASB also provides hostel facilities
to its students which can accommodate
240 students. Leading companies from
banking, IT, financial services, hospitality
and consumer durables industry recruited
students during 2009.
