…MSB signs partnership with Red Light Camera Vendor
June 25, 2007 - Austin, Texas - Gila Corporation, d/b/a MSB, continued its expansion into
new services as it agreed to a partnership with Redflex Traffic Systems Inc. The partnership
will add a new service line of business to MSB’s government services solution. “This is a
natural extension of our focus on government services”, says Patrick J. Swanick, Gila
Corporation’s CEO. “We saw an opportunity to leverage our outstanding collections
performance coupled with ethical service and expand into a new market”, says Swanick. The
agreement allows MSB to collect on delinquent traffic citations for Redflex. In return, Redflex
achieves a higher level of service and sales expansion, due to MSB’s national presence. “MSB
is a specialist in providing government services across the country, and that’s our market”
stated Irene D’Amico, Redflex’s Chief Financial Officer. “We need to provide a level of quality
in our service division that’s in line with our superior technology and MSB was a perfect fit”,
