7) Determine the values of A?, B?, C?, D?, E?, F?, G? and H?, such that the
value “Z” is placed onto the 1-bit bus line, F. For the 2x4 decoders, B is the most
significant bit (MSB). For the 8x3 encoder (this is not a priority encoder, therefore
one and only one input should be asserted), I7 is the MSB input and Y2 is the
MSB output. Give the values as 0, 1, or X (don’t care). Use don’t cares when
they are valid. Give reasoning for your choices.
