The test and trial will both count as major grades. The reading check quizzes,
scaffolding activity, and Socratic seminar will count as daily grades. Group check
dates are just so groups can assign and check each other’s work on the trial
information necessary.
NOTE: Make sure to annotate, looking for information about characters, their
actions/reactions, their thoughts and feelings, their words. Also, pay attention to
symbols and motifs that help to develop theme and tone. These will be important
things to be aware of on the TEST and TRIAL.
