MSB’s Vice President Completes IBTTA Leadership Academy
February 22, 2012, Austin, Texas – Gila LLC, through its business unit, Municipal Services Bureau (MSB), is
pleased to announce that Maggie Prehoda, Vice President - Toll Division, has successfully completed the IBTTA
(International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association) Leadership Academy’s Executive Development Program.
IBTTA is the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve
the toll industry.
“Maggie is a tremendous asset to the Company, and her extensive participation with IBTTA proves her
commitment to keep MSB in line with the tolling industry’s best practices,” said Bruce Cummings, CEO of MSB.
Ms. Prehoda is head of Business Development for the Toll Division.
The IBTTA Leadership Academy’s Executive Development Program is tailored specifically for senior-level
managers in public and private-sector organizations that serve the toll industry. The Program provides candidates
an intense week-long course taught by internationally recognized toll industry leaders, business partners,
educators, and public officials. The curriculum includes all facets of toll agency operations, administration,
finance, marketing, business development, board relations, public affairs, and related topics.

added. Leadership Academy candidates must go through a rigorous application and selection process.
Ms. Prehoda joined the Company in 2007 with extensive sales and marketing experience. She focuses on growth
and expansion and provides marketing and sales to prospective clients in MSB’s Toll Division.
