First Citizens National Bank Announces the Arrival of Wade Keiffer
MANSFIELD, PA (December 2010)… First Citizens National Bank recently announced the
appointment of Wade Keiffer to the position of Commercial Business Development Officer.
Wade has been in banking for nearly thirty-three years working as a Commercial Business
Development Officer for Woodlands Bank, M&T Bank, Sun Bancorp and Keystone Financial Inc.
He is a graduate of Williamsport Area Community College (now Pennsylvania College of
Technology), where he received an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. He is also a graduate of
various banking schools and leadership courses, including the RMA/Omega Commercial
Lending to Businesses, Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking and
their School of Commercial Lending, and Leadership Clinton County.
In his role as Commercial Business Development Officer, Wade will be responsible for serving
the business community of Clinton County as a resource for financial planning and by providing
funding for their growth and expansion needs.
"Wade’s extensive banking experience and years spent focused on commercial business
development will greatly enhance our ability to compete in the Clinton County market,” stated
Jeff Wilson, Chief Lender Officer for the bank. “His knowledge and experience will also prove
helpful in enhancing First Citizens overall focus on commercial business development.”
Wade currently serves as a board and committee member on the Clinton County Economic
Development Zone, the Lock Haven University Business Curriculum Advisory Committee, the
Lock Haven University Small Business Development Center, the PA SBDC Advocacy &
Resource Development Board, the SEDA Foundation, the SEDA COG Local Loan Review
Committee, the Clinton County Loan Administration Board, and the Jersey Shore Heath Care,
Inc. Board.
He was named as one of PA Business Central’s 2004 Top 100 Business People of Central PA,
and was the 2002 Lock Haven Express Readers’ Choice Favorite Financial Planner recipient.
Wade has also earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
Wade and his wife Monica live in Lock Haven, PA. They have two grown children, Thomas and
Mallori, and a grandson, Hunter.
