Wade is an experienced director in the Transaction Services practice, specializing in the financial services sector. With over 13 years of experience in
public accounting, Wade has advised both corporate and private equity clients with a focus on a diverse industry base including property & casualty
insurance (including warranty programs), asset management, and banking.
Over the past 9 years, Wade has been involved exclusively in advising buyers and sellers on M&A transactions, providing due-diligence expertise and
industry knowledge to identify key issues and risks. During this period, Wade has been part of the US team overseeing acquisitions and divestitures in a
number of territories in North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Some of Wade’s most recent experience in insurance includes sell side and vendor diligence for the proposed sale of a collateral protection insurance
business; the proposed acquisition of a crop insurance business for a public company; the proposed acquisition of an auto warranty business for a public
company; several add on acquisitions for a wholesale insurance broker; and sell-side insurance services to a global insurance conglomerate, including
their US life business.
