Child weighs 6.6 lbs
First convert lbs to Kg. 6.6 divided by 2.2=3
Multiply 3 kg X 15mg=45
You desire 45mg. Divide by what you have (160)
Multiply times Quanity or 5
Answer is 45mg or 1.4ml

