I actually have just used it about 3-4 times a quarter to
contact my teacher, only.
I check it daily, sometimes more than once, and I appreciate its
functionality and good design.
I do like the e-mail system that is used at the collage.
I don't mind receiving all the announcements through email,
however marking things like the art show as "urgent" is kind of
annoying.
I find it VERY user unfriendly
I get annoyed with all the junk mail TCC sends me, like random
club info. but I figure that is probley unstoppable.
I have had no problems using my email account. I rely on it
heavily for my online class as well as my other classes.
I like being informed about all the events going on on- and offcampus! The email system has been really helpful.
I think it is useful for contacting teachers, but I get too much
stuff addressed to all students. The majority of those things
I'm not interested in or they don't apply to me.
I THINK THAT IT WORKS WELL. IT GIVES THE STUDENTS A SAFE
COMMUNICATION WITH EACHOTHER AND THEIR INSTRUCTORS.
I was confused when I tried to attach a file to a TCC email for
the first time. Maybe make the directions more obvious?
I would really prefer my email to be able to be checked with my
regular mail through Outlook
It could be better, for example: when I need to send an email it
would be nice if it automatically recorded in my contacts for
future reference.
it is an easier way to contact the instructrs, and keep up with
that is going on at the school.

it would be nice if our tcc email could forward things to our
regular accounts...like hotmail...this would help because often
i am checking like 5 diff emails every day!

It would be nicer if I could log into my TCC email without
logging through the portal. It also refuses to forward my e-mail
to another account automatically.
it's good, i just wish it was easier to delete multiple messages
at one...like if they had boxes next to them that you could
check. Also, it is kind of annoying when Spaminator sends you a
diff. e-mail every time it collects a single message. I
regularly check spam to make sure nothing that wasn't supposed
to be there got sorted into that folder. The emails are
unnecessary.
It's great to get info from all instrutors and other students

Microsoft Outlook Web Access is a terrible email interface.
Terrible.
Most teachers do not teach students how to find other students
within the classes e-mail. This is information that would be
very helpful.
My TCC e-mail account has been an asset to me.
needs a full list of student and staff e-mails, to hard to find
e-mails of classmates and profs

Sometimes it's kind of hard when you want to send e-mail to
somebody else but it's convenient when working with classmates
and you don't want to give them your personal information.

TCC email is unnessisary. I have a home email account and a work
email account-I hate having to check yet another email account.
I wish I could use my home email account for school stuff-after
all, home is were I do al my online school stuff anyway.
terriffic tool to keep up with assignments, class schedules and

The emails would not always show up in a timely fashion. One
time it was in space for six weeks. This only ever happens when
I'm on the TCC account. This has been a problem for about a year
now.
The folder's frame does not refresh when messages are deleted.
Too much general TCC junk (student clubs etc.)
Too much junk email from the school. It is very annoying to use
the account when you have a hundred all students emails. Stop
the all students email, if I want to know I can sign up to get
the emails.
too much junk mail addressed to "all students" there needs to be
a general posting board for those kinds of emails so people
intrested in anything going on can go to that posting board
rather then deal with 10-20 junk emails weekly.
Very easy to use.
Very effiecient and useful. I found it to be a great way to
contact my professers, counselor, and the librarians.

Way to many random e-mails! I'm not in any clubs and I have to
filter through, what I think is junk, just to get to my
teacher's emails
WAY TOO MANY "All Student" emails. It's SO annoying to weed
through those everyday, and they block other important emails
from getting through.
What's with the storage limit that hit us at finials? and why
not have classes at the right end?
Why do we have to log into the system twice when on campus?
you can't read them very easy. Poor email accounts.
