CIRCULAR
The Management of BHEL, Trichy Complex has decided
to offer one box
SOANPAPDI SWEETS and ONE MANGO JUICE to all employees as a token of
appreciation to all concerned through departmental issues.
Accordingly one box of Soanpapdi sweets and one no. Mango Juice
will be issued to all employees of Trichy Complex on 1st April 2008 for them
to rejoice with their family members.
HODs / HOSs are requested to furnish the list of pay codes operating in their
departments and to send a representative with the departmental authorization
letter to collect the list of eligible employees of their
department from
Shri. S J Wilfred, Deputy Manager / HR & Secretary/CMC, Room No. 21-A, Canteen
Secretariat, HRM Department, Building. 24 on 31-03-2008.
For Workers of LCS, the Special Officer, LCS will arrange to receive and distribute.
For Apprentices and Trainees Manager (HRDC) will arrange to receive and distribute.
For Private Contract workers and other private Staff, Manager (HR-Welfare) will arrange
to receive and distribute.
HODs / HOSs are requested to send their representatives along with the list
of eligible Employees collected from Canteen Secretariat to the Special Dining Hall
(MULLAI) at Canteen No.19 to collect the SOANPAPDI SWEETS AND MANGO
JUICE on 01-04-2008 from 9.00 hours to 14-00 Hours.
