Intro to VLSI Design
3 Credits. (3 Lec) F
PREREQUISITE: EELE 262, EELE 317
Introduction to the fundamentals of CMOS VLSI circuit design. This course
covers CMOS device characteristics and timing, CMOS fabrication, CAD tools,
design rules, simulation and layout, CMOS combinational and sequential logic,
SRAM and DRAM memory, and dynamic logic design.
