Production and Quality Engineer
Caeleste is a young and dynamic, fast growing, high-end, beyond state-of-the-art, image
sensors supplier. We are focused on high performance imagers for scientific, medical and industrial
applications. Caeleste is the originator or promoter of many novel concepts as indirect X-ray detection
with photon counting, Color X-ray, and sub-0.5 noise electron read noise CMOS pixels, ultra-high dynamic
range, Mega Rad-hardness. For our continuing growth we are looking for people who like to work on
challenges beyond state of the art.
Job description
For sustaining our growth, we are searching for a technical profile for the management and setup of our
outsourced CMOS production activities. You will organize the production per project : Assessment and
audit of potential suppliers, definition of the preferred supply route, purchasing and follow up of timely
delivery of outsourced wafer manufacturing and device assemblies, monitor and investigate customerreported quality problems and cooperate with the design team and the product engineers to find and
implement solutions. With the support of an external quality expert, you will elaborate and formalize our
working methods into ISO certification. You will support setting up specific qualification routes for Space
projects. You will also contribute to technical reports and maintain quality documentation. You will have
the opportunity to grow with our company according to your capacities. We welcome experience, but are
also willing to hire a promising engineer with a great potential.

Good technical knowledge in order to understand the CMOS design and test system electronics
Can manage priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving
capabilities. Can manage stress.
Able to plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables and milestones. Can proactively manage
changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Fluency in writing technical reports
Education level : MS in Industrial Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent by experience
Professional Experience : at least 2 years in the domain of quality and production
Accurate and result driven worker
Communication skills in writing, presenting and customer interaction
Working language is English, any other language is a plus

Quality Assurance Experience within a production environment (ISO 9001, …)
Capability to use scripting techniques for testing automation
Experience in dealing with CMOS foundries and electronic test & packaging

Experience in image sensors, test systems, packages and surrounding electronics
