in 2006 by Thomson/Delmar. Prior to founding the healthcare consulting firm, she enjoyed
the practice of nursing, attained the coding credentials and PMCC instructor. She
created and has managed the Coding & Reimbursement Hotline for all specialties for two
states since 1996. Connie has served as a national speaker with audiences of all sizes
from the small classroom to audiences exceeding 2500, in many communities throughout the
