RIMINIWELLNESS ON THE BEACH:
ENERGY TAKES SHAPE ON THE ROMAGNA RIVIERA
Dozens of the huge show’s events are planned for outside the expo centre
On Friday 14th May at Rimini’s Paradiso club, the huge RiminiWellness party open to the public
Rimini 7th May 2010 – RIMINIWELLNESS, the top fitness, wellness and sports show, organized by Rimini Fiera with the patronage of
the Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Ministry of Youth, Emilia Romagna Regional and Provincial Governments and
Rimini Municipality, is also RIMINIWELLNESS ON THE BEACH, program of highly varied colourful events held outside the expo
centre that will animate the Romagna riviera for the duration of the show.
Music shows, sports appointments, thematic and cultural parties staged not only on the beach, but also in restaurants, pubs, art
venues, clubs and amusement parks, will light up the local area, from Bellaria - Igea Marina to Cattolica, passing through the
hinterland.
Marco Borroni, member of Rimini Fiera's board responsible for relationship with the local area, says, “As well as Rimini Fiera, the entire
Romagna coast has this event at heart, as it confirms the area’s undisputed vocation for combining tourism and health, sport and
amusement. It is no coincidence that Emilia Romagna Regional Government, Rimini Provincial Government and Municipality are
directly committed to ensuring the show’s success.”
As is the custom, numerous Rimini bars will serve WELLNESS BREAKFASTS (wellness, business, sportsmen’s, etc.): tasty menus
that are also balanced to get a day dedicated to wellness started on the right foot.
Plus, on Friday 14th, at Rimini’s famous Paradiso club, the big RIMINIWELLNESS party, open to all expo visitors, to spend an
evening under the banner of enjoyment and happiness.
Once again this year, on Saturday 15th, the “RiminiWellness Party”, the great event, with personalities from the worlds of journalism
and entertainment taking part, and at which an award will be given to a well-known athlete (at the last edition, it went to basketball
player Gianmarco Pozzecco).
It is also worth remembering that on Sunday 16th May it is possible to take part in the 27th edition of StraRimini, the popular footrace
event for which over 900 athletes were at the starting blocks last year.
And then, for all four days of the expo, cycling excursions, gourmet events, exhibitions, film projections, visits to museums
and the “small Pompeii” in the heart of Rimini: the Surgeon’s Domus.
