PURPOSE
The main purpose of this position is to play an investigative and problem resolution role as a consultant in
the Systems Access team, providing support services for super users, functional users, and end users of
UCT’s systems, in a professional, efficient and service-orientated manner.

o Request and monitor production
reporting, archiving, etc., as
defined from time to time
