There are huge changes taking place in our health and social care services. Healthwatch Liverpool is here to
help services to improve and to help you get the best out of your local health and social care. Healthwatch
is independent from the services you use. Healthwatch Liverpool has three main roles in the city. These are
Information, Advocacy and Scrutiny.
Healthwatch Information
This is a single point of contact to supply information and advice about the city’s health and social care
services. Common questions include:


How can I get an emergency dental appointment?

Or you might want to ask what help there is to help:

All three parts of Healthwatch Liverpool are working closely together and people can use the Healthwatch
