WCA 2015 Annual Meeting
Worship Celebration and Business Meeting
Spring is here officially on the calendar, the days are longer and the snow is
melting! The opening of the baseball season is just around the corner. These are all
good signs that warmer days are ahead after a long, cold winter. With the spring
renewal comes the WCA Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday, April 25th, in Green
Bay this year. Our host church, Pilgrim Congregational, is located just one mile south
of Lambeau Field and they welcome you warmly to the city of Green Bay and to their
beautiful church campus.
Our morning will begin by catching up with old friends and meeting new
friends. Registration and check-in begin at 8:30 AM, along with light refreshments and a
meet-and-greet time. The program will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and the morning
will include sessions on:
1. Churches and Technology - how can you use technology to improve your church
worship, effectively reach members and attract new members?
2. Spiritual Renewal Weekend - hear from participants and members of the
leadership team on this ministry of renewal being shared in WCA churches.
3. Serve Day - a local program with a statewide, or even nationwide, appeal;
bringing churches of your community alongside one another in a shared ministry
of serving the needs of your local community.
The afternoon will be an opportunity to worship and break bread together, followed by
the annual reporting of WCA business.
