Meeting Minutes
Present Board Members: Sherry Auman, Donna Bird, Michelle Coldren,
Andrea Dillaway-Huber, John Emerick, Carol Gardecki, and Jennifer Yetter.
Absent Board Members: None
Present Advisors: Kevin Bitz, Barbara Kline, Jestyn Payne, Patricia
Reichl, and Kimberly Rice
Absent Advisors: Judy Druckenmiller, Meghan Golden, and Andrea
Hunter
Guest: Barbara Borkert

A. Call to Order - Time: 7:02 P.M.
B. Sign-In Sheet – Completed by the use of a sign in sheet.
C. Staff Advocacy (Barbara Borkert – West Lawn/Wyomissing Hills)
a. Works at our West Lawn branch on Sundays
b. Works approximately 17 hours a week as needed.
c. Has a Master’s Degree in English Literature and taught at RACC
d. She is a volunteer at the Robesonia library
e. She enjoys her job at WLWH

a. Patty – Book drop still being worked on

H. New Business
a. 2015 Municipal Budget Request Letter – Michelle will create a request
letter for $165,000 for 3 years
b. By-Laws Re-approval – Michelle – Per Patty, we do not need to reapprove
c. Mission Statement Re-approval –

d. Direct Deposit – Kevin and Patty
i. Moving to Quick Books in the first quarter of 2016
e. Faxing at West Lawn/Wyomissing Hills – Barb
i. Faxing and long distance phone are free
1. That will change as it must be consistent with Spring Bldg.
a. Local should be $.50
b. Long Distance should be $1.00
