(New York – May 4th) Having just released her critically-acclaimed debut album LOVE STUFF in February,
pop, blues, and rock’n’roll singer Elle King today releases a second song, a cover of “American Girl,” The
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers classic, featured in upcoming film Hot Pursuit starring Reese
Witherspoon and Sofía Vergara, in theaters May 8th. Click here to listen now! Elle King previously
released a new song “Catch Us If You Can,” on April 14th recorded for Hot Pursuit. The song was produced
by David Bassett and written by Grammy-Award winning artist Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum along with
