Certified Public Accountants and the Wyoming Society of CPAs. Certain

National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. In addition, they
strive to improve their community through involvement in various civic
organizations and to upgrade their profession by becoming involved in
the community and in professional organizations.
Their approach to taxes involves determining the client's business and
tax objectives so that recommendations for tax savings and deferrals can be related to these objectives in a
practical manner. Their tax practice includes preparing and reviewing returns with emphasis upon tax
planning, advice on tax implications of business decisions and assistance in contesting and settling tax
disputes at all IRS administrative levels.
Their library of software programs and packages is very extensive and intended to meet the demands of
their clients. They utilize the accounting software in the preparation of trial balances, compiled financial
statements or reviewed financial statements. The firm does not provide any audit or attest services. They
also utilize the accounting software to provide specialized services in payroll preparation, compliance
services, and training client bookkeeping staff.
The firm provides high quality business valuation services, primarily for estate tax compliance, gift tax
compliance, business purchases and sales, and divorces. In addition, the firm provides other types of
litigation support when requested by clients.
