Key Note ~ Employee Relations Seminar
Thursday, January 21st ~ 12:30 PM
Organizations often get caught up in their past mistakes or achievements
and begin to lose focus on the changes that must take place to make positive
business decisions and advance their bottom-line. To keep their future steps
goals-oriented, they turn to David Pollard. David believes that focusing on
the next action, rather than dwelling on the past, is essential to positive
business decisions.
An enthusiastic and approachable facilitator, David creates a personal
connection with attendees and encourages them to participate in group
exercises and brainstorming sessions to generate key ideas everyone can
use. He uses real-life experiences and practical applications to illustrate
the concepts he delivers and asks participants to apply them to action
ideas identified at the beginning of the course. He also advises attendees
to share their knowledge with their peers and the management staff upon
returning to the workplace.

Fred Pryor Seminars
David inspires individuals to continue their learning process after the course by recommending additional
resources and skill-enhancing exercises that will help them gain a more complete understanding of the concepts addressed in the course and enable them to move forward in their careers.
Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation
Thursday, January 21st ~ 11:30 AM
Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation was inspired by Jill and Jon
Albert’s real life story. With an M.B.A. and years of executive experience
in the corporate world, Jon found himself, his wife, Jill, and their two
young children Jake and Jamie facing Jill’s Stage IV metastatic breast
cancer. Jill and Jon realized early on in Jill’s fight, the disease was not
just attacking her body, but it was affecting their entire family. Jill and
Jon decided they needed to treat their family along with the cancer.
Jon Albert
Founder
Jack & Jill Foundation
Jon took his marketing and operations background and combined it with
their drive to formulate something positive and tangible out of the unfair
and cruel. The Alberts knew that for their kids, Jamie and Jake, strong
memories of special times together would be their greatest inheritance.
From this notion, the Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation was born.
Jill died a week before Thanksgiving 2006.
A native of Tampa, a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida where he achieved
his master’s in business. Jon had the unique opportunity to serve as a Director for The Atlanta Committee
for the Olympic Games (ACOG----a $1.8 billion start-up).

M. Cole Bormuth and his four pups are lifelong residents of Cody. Growing
up in Cody, Cole took pleasure in listening to David Bowie music very
loudly, quoting the works and wisdom of Harlan Ellison to anyone who
would or wouldn’t listen, and mortifying his parents by using his hair as a
memorial to Andy Warhol.
Cole is the only Estate Planning Law Specialist in private practice in Wyoming (certified by the Estate Planning Law Specialist Board, Inc.). As such,
he provides his clients with the best and most current estate planning
strategies available. Cole’s greatest pride, actually, is in a job well done and
