HapDipFemConsensus.linkage contains genotypes for haploid and diploid families used to create the
female consensus linkage map in LepMap. DipMale.linkage contains genotypes for the diploid families
used to create the male linkage map. Correspondence of family names between these files and
McKinney et al. 2015, An integrated linkage map reveals candidate genes underlying adaptive variation
in Chinook salmon, are listed below.

Loci mapped in McKinney et al. 2015 were renamed according to chromosomal assignment and as a
result differ from names presented in HapDipFemConsensus.linkage and DipMale.linkage. A lookup
table has been provided in LocusNamingKey.xlsx to allow conversion of names between McKinney et al.
2015 and HapDipFemConsensus.linkage and DipMale.linkage for loci that were placed on the linkage
map.
