A tartar of Scottish salmon and fresh handpicked crab,
on a bed of pickled cucumber drizzled with a dill mustard dressing and a smoked salmon rose
Terrine of ham hock with quenelle of duck liver mousse
toasted brioche, homemade piccalilli and root vegetable vinaigrette
Cream of roasted parsnip and honey soup
served with herb chantilly and a poppy seed straw
Oven baked Luscombe Goat’s cheese topped with black olive tapenade
served with roasted bell peppers and drizzled with a garlic and parsley pesto (V)

Served with chipolata sausages wrapped in Bacon & castle stuffing
Topped with Turkey Gravy and accompanied with Cranberry sauce
Oven baked cannon of lamb topped with fresh herb and mustard herb crumb
accompanied candied shallots and served with a rosemary and red wine jus
Pan fried sea bass fillet
served on a bed of slow roasted celeriac puree and lemongrass coriander emulsion
Wild mushroom, sun blushed tomato and bocconcini tart
on caramelised shallot compote, with mint and tarragon butter (V)
