I.T. Data Center Region invites the sealed bids for the Renovation/Civil works at PTCL
Contact Center IT Room, Wafaqi Colony, Near Dhana Singh, Lahore. renovation/civil
work included(Floor Work, Glass Partition, Doors, Paint, Furniture, fixture, Electrical
work, Power Cables, Data Networking, Voice Networking, Ceiling work, Miscellaneous)
as per PTCL specifications from the established Firms/companies who are not black
listed by any government organization and registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax
Department for immediate supply, installation, testing and commissioning of below
mention items with delivery at site situated at Data Center CDDT Building Islamabad.
Vendors should preferably be registered in PTCL through ERP/SAP, and have allotted

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 PTCL reserves the right to reject any/all bids without mentioning any reason.
2 Delivery period required for complete work is 1 week after issuance of PO.
3 Rates should be inclusive of all kind of Taxes, Freights, Duties, Custom clearance and carriage
charges etc, with Delivery at site etc complete in all respect in Pak Rupees.
4 Last date for submission of bids is 10 - 12 - 2013 till 12:00 PM.
5 Bids will be sealed in envelopes and envelopes should be marked as “Renovation work for IT
Hall (Lahore)”.
6 No Advance will be allowed.
7 Conditional bid will be rejected.
ISO CERTIFICATION
In case of foreign manufactures relevant ISO certification of quality & standards shall be
provided with each consignment by the bidder.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
The bidder shall submit comprehensive Technical literature/ Standard Documentation
along with his bid related with the filters.
DELIVERY
Delivery of the goods and services shall be done by the bidder in accordance with the
terms specified by PTCL in its schedule of requirements and conditions and goods shall
remain at the risk of the contractor till commissioning.
DELIVERY DOCUMENTS
Supplier/ bidder shall send full document to the GM IT Data Center. The details are as
follows:a) Copies of bidder’s invoice showing Description of goods/ services, quantity
unit price and total price, No. of copies-3.
b) Sale Tax invoice (If applicable)
c) Packing list, No. of copies-3.
d) Manufactures/Bidder warranty certificate no. of copies-3.
TRANSPORATION
Where the bidder is required under this bid to deliver the goods at the site as shall be
specified in the bid shall be arranged and paid for by the bidder and the cost there are
shall be included in the bid price.
Scope of Work
 The vendor shall be fully responsible for supply of the Renovation work for IT
Hall (Lahore) as per the BOQ.
Taxes and Duties
The Contractor is responsible for payment of all taxes, stamp duties, license fees and
other such levies/ duties including but not limited to corporate tax, sales tax imposed
inside Pakistan for goods to be imported from abroad or manufactured locally. The
contractor is solely responsible for all such taxes and duties even if they are imposed or
become effective after issuance of LOA. With-holding tax will be deducted as per
prevailing rates of the Income Tax Ordinance of Pakistan.
Over all Technical Responsibility
The overall technical responsibility for the performance of Equipment supplied by the
bidder in accordance with Technical Specifications shall rest entirely with the Bidder.
