This Contract Amendment made and entered into this the 8 th
day of April, 2013 by and between Meshek & Associates, Inc. (“ENGINEER”) and The Edmond Public Works
Authority (“OWNER”).
The Edmond Public Works Authority entered into an Engineering Services contract with Meshek & Associates, Inc. on June 25, 2007.
Said contract was for the preparation and submittal of the engineering design plans and application for possible grant funding from FEMA for flood mitigation for Spring Creek Tributary 1 in the vicinity of the Willowood subdivision (“PROJECT”).
The Edmond Public Works Authority has found it necessary to amend the contract by increasing the fee payable to Meshek & Associates, Inc. by the following not-to-exceed amounts, above and beyond the amounts stated in the original contract and contract amendment #1, in order to incorporate updates, acquired easements / parcels, and City-requested design modifications to the plans, update bid quantities, and to add the as-built survey and FEMA Letter of Map Revision Application including hydraulic modeling, application preparation, and coordination with FEMA through its approval:
