CONFERENCE TARGET
The conference targeted Farmers, Agronomists, Animal Scientists, Extension
workers, Policy makers, Researchers, Private /Public Institutions, Specialists from
allied Industries, Veterinarians as well as others in all facets of Biofuel Production.
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
The specific objectives include:
1. To advocate for development of policy programmes aimed at massive
production of Jatropha Feed stock
2. To strengthen Jatropha value chain
3. To emphasize youth and women participation in the Jatropha value chain
4. To identify strategies for mitigating climate change
5. To provide structure which will attract foreign investor(s) in biofuel industry
through research
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME AND CALL FOR PAPERS
There will be an opening ceremony with a key note address and plenary sessions
on the conference theme and sub-theme. Oral and theatre presentations will be
entertained.
GUIDELINES FOR MANUSCRIPTS SUBMISSION
Manuscript(s) to be submitted must not have been submitted for
consideration or published elsewhere and should not exceed four (4)
pages with single line spacing. The paper should be written in
English in MS word format. Times New Roman with 14 point size
should be used for the title while 12 point size to be used for the
texts. The title and author name should be bold, followed by
affiliation, address, and e-mail and phone number (Lower case)
under the name
The text should be broken down into; Abstract, Introduction
Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and
Acknowledgement (If any) and Reference (APA style)
