TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: Full payment by September 1 (5% DISCOUNT IF PAID IN FULL BY SEPT. 1)
OPTION 2: Ten (10) equal monthly payments beginning August 1 and ending May 1
OPTION 3: Alternative plans will be considered by Finance Committee as necessary.
Terms of payment are specified in the Tuition Contract signed by each family.
(In addition to these tuition options, the Student Expense fee is due by July 1)
**STUDENT EXPENSE FEE:
K4 -12th $750.00 per child. Non-refundable.
Includes curriculum, testing, school insurance, etc. Must be paid by July 1, payments may be paid in June and July
if needed. A 10% late fee is added for fees received after July 1 except for new students.
NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FEE: $60 First Child
Due with Application: non-refundable.
SCREENING TEST FEE: $20 - Kindergarten;
$120 Family Maximum
$15 - Grades 1-12
Due at time of testing for new students. Required for all new students K-12.
RE-ENROLLMENT FEE: Paid before March 30: $30 - First Child; $60 Family max.
Paid after March 30: $60 - First Child; $120 - Family max. Due with Re-enrollment forms; non-refundable.
FUNDRAISERS: mandatory participation by each school family*
*OPT OUT OF FUNDRAISING OPTION:
Pay $200 per child to opt out of all the fundraisers. (This can be
included in your monthly payment plan.)
Christmas Luncheon: $5.00 per family to help pay for the supplies for the Craft Fair/Auction Luncheon.
VOLUNTEER HOURS: 30 hours per family (15 hours per single parent family) or a fee of $10 per hour will
be charged for unmet hours - mandatory participation by each school family.
After School Care: 3pm to 6pm
$30. Registration fee (covers games, crafts, and supplies)
Option 1: Weekly “full time” rate: $50 for first child
Option 2: Daily rate on “as needed” basis: $5.00 per hour
Multiple child discount: 20% discount for any additional children in same family
(Fees paid weekly by Friday).
Morning Care:
“Drop off between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.” $1.00 per child per day.
