2016-2017 Payment Plans & Fee Information
In an effort to assist our families in budgeting their payments to SHCS, we are offering several payment
schedule options.
Option 1
Full Payment due by July 20th.
You choose to pay the total tuition, book and other fees up front before July 20th.
You may make payment by check, by electronic bank draft or by credit card.
Checks made payable to SHCS are due by July 20th.
Payments by electronic bank draft or by credit card are made through FACTS Tuition
Management. You may choose a payment date of either July 5th or July 20th.
There is no FACTS processing fee for the single payment option.
FACTS agreement must be set up by May 20, 2016.
A $100.00 late fee will be charged if you choose this payment option and full
payment is not received by July 20th.
Option 2
Semi-Annual (July/Dec) payment through FACTS.
You choose to pay the total tuition, book and other fees over 2 payments in July and
December through FACTS Management Company. Payments may be made by
electronic bank draft or by credit card on the 5th or 20th of each month.
There is a $10 FACTS processing fee for this option.
FACTS agreement must be set up by May 20, 2016.
Option 3
Quarterly payment (July/Oct/Jan/April) through FACTS.
You choose to pay the total tuition, book and other fees over 4 payments in
July, October, January and April through FACTS Management Company.
Payments may be made by electronic bank draft or by credit card on the
5th or 20th of each month.
There is a $43 FACTS processing fee for this option.
FACTS agreement must be set up by May 20, 2016.
Option 4
Monthly Payments over 10 months, July - April through FACTS.
You choose to pay the total tuition, book and other fees over 10 payments, July through
April, through FACTS Management Company. Payments may be made by electronic
bank draft or by credit card on the 5th or 20th of each month.
There is a $43 FACTS processing fee for this option.
FACTS agreement must be set up by May 20, 2016.

A retainer fee of $275.00 per family is required when the registration packet is returned, $250 of
which will be applied to the above fees. The remainder is an administrative processing fee. The
retainer fee is non-refundable unless SHCS, for any reason, is unable to accept a student or if a
family relocates out of town.
CLUB EAGLE AFTER SCHOOL CARE CHARGES
The school will bill Club Eagle after school care charges each month. If you sign up for Club Eagle
Plan A, Plan B, or Plan C, the monthly charge will be included in the calculation of your
monthly/quarterly/semi-annual electronic bank draft amount. You may elect to instead make
payment of these charges directly to the school each month. Payment of Club Eagle drop-in charges
should be made directly to the school each month.
OVERNIGHT CLASS TRIP CHARGES
If you choose the monthly, quarterly or semi-annual payment option, the total charge for the overnight
class trips in Grade 3, Grade 5, Grade 7, and Grade 8 will be included in the calculation of your
electronic bank draft amount. The cost of each overnight class trip for 2016-2017 will be finalized in
the spring. If you choose the full payment option, the Grade 8 trip $150 non-refundable deposit will
be included in your payment calculation.
GRADUATION FEES
The graduation fees - $45 Graduation Dance & Video, $15 Graduation Photo Package, and $30
Graduation Gown Rental – will be charged for each Grade 8 student and will be included in the
calculation of payment amount.
