Full time students take two modules in the autumn term (the core module, Questioning the Victorians, Texts,
Contexts and Afterlives, which is compulsory, plus one option module) and two modules in the spring term.
Part Time students take the core module in the Autumn Term and one option in the Spring Term. Please
consult the online list of modules http://www.york.ac.uk/english/intranet/postgraduates/ma-modules/ and
rank your choices by putting 1, 2 and 3 in the boxes below to indicate your first and reserve choices of option
module for the Autumn and Spring terms.
You may take one option from another MA programme, subject to constraints of numbers and timetabling.

websites of the relevant Departments. Please contact the Graduate Administrator of the relevant department
to enquire about taking their module:
