NEW IDEA UNVEILS AUSTRALIAN EXCLUSIVE:
BRAD AND ANGELINA’S WEDDING ALBUM
SYDNEY, 3 September, 2014: New Idea will tomorrow unveil its exclusive edition of Brad and
Angelina’s wedding, with 14-pages commemorating the highly anticipated nuptials of Hollywood
royalty.
Acting Editor-in-chief, New Idea, Louisa Hatfield said, “The photographs of Brad and Angelina's
wedding are truly stunning. We are so thrilled New Idea has the opportunity to share these with
our readers. We have 14 -pages of intimate shots, the story behind Angelina's gorgeous and
unique gown, and an exclusive interview with the happy couple.”
The intimate portfolio – presented exclusively in New Idea – showcases details on the world’s
most famous couple’s wedding on 23 August in a tiny chapel in the grounds of Château Miraval.
Angelina, exquisite in a breathtaking gown by Luigi Massi of Atelier Versace, walked up the aisle
by her eldest sons Maddox, 13, and Pax, ten, while Zahara, nine, and Vivienne, six, threw petals
gathered from the garden. Shiloh, eight, and Vivienne’s twin Knox were ring bearers and proud
groom Brad looked handsome in a Ferragamo suit.
"It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter,” Brad and Angelina
revealed. “It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our
family".
New Idea also has the story behind Angelina’s gown and spectacular hand-printed veil. It was the
Oscar-winning actress’s idea to incorporate the children’s drawings on the sheer veil and dress.
Fiona Legdin, New Idea Publisher says, “This is a great win for New Idea. Pacific Magazines will be
the only Australian publisher to release these exclusive images and reiterates our agility and
commitment to report on significant world events.”
New Idea special issue is on sale from Thursday and available from all supermarkets and
newsagents, nationally for RRP $4.20.
Ends.
