Students who wish to stay after school for the game will need to provide this permission slip for each game so
that we can be sure parents are aware that their child is staying after school for the game. Students will be
called to the gym after the bus riders. At that time, students provide the permission slip and purchase their
ticket. Ticket cost is $3.00. Students are encouraged to bring additional money for snacks and drink that can
be purchased at the concession stand.
If you are bringing your child to the game, you do not need to provide this permission.
Please be aware that appropriate behavior is required during all school functions and all regular school rules
apply during after-school functions. Your child may be required to call home and be picked-up early from the
game if he or she does not comply with school rules.
Basketball games are usually finished by 7:15 PM. Students are not permitted to walk or bicycle home.
Student pickup is the gym lobby doors. Please be prompt when picking up your child.
Yes, my child may attend the basketball game. I will provide transportation or make carpool arrangements to
pick up my child by 7:15pm. I understand that failure to pick up my child in a timely fashion could result in my
child losing the privilege of attending future after-school activities.
