Nondisclosure and confidentiality agreement with COMLOGOS
The undersigned accepts the obligation to hold confidential all information, documents and facts which
become known to him/her in relation to his/her work for COMLOGOS.
For completion of assignments, translators are authorized to consult employees or expert third parties.
When consulting expert third parties, translators must ensure that these parties maintain
confidentiality.
Customer protection and ban on recruiting
Contact between you and the client is allowed only with approval of COMLOGOS. In principle, the
business relationship exists only between the client and COMLOGOS.
It is forbidden to contact the customer directly and thereby to acquire subsequent contracts. Upon
failure to comply, you are obligated to pay the COMLOGOS damages in the amount of the total value of
all contracts that the client has awarded to you since completion of the last project assigned to you by
COMLOGOS. In such cases you are obligated to provide COMLOGOS with the pertinent information.
