 Engineering for project of Infrastructures , Industry, Hotels & Resorts
 Appointment of Architects, Structural Consultants and Service Consultants
 Invitation of tenders, evaluation, negotiation and appointment of
contractors.
 Finalization of material source, brand, make and vendors.
 Preparation of project schedule confirming mobilization, time frame for all
activities, labour requirement, material procurement charts, mile stone,
critical path, cash inflow & out flow and closure of project.
 Construction of project with best quality and completion as per
predetermined time schedule.
 Project monitoring, review and evaluation on daily, weekly and fortnightly
basis for different parameters.
 Quality checks on each activity by conducting standard tests of materials and
following good engineering methodology for the construction.
 Keeping proper documentation for all engineering details, quality checks,
store, accounts etc.
