COMPANY PROFILE

IM21 (A Unit of Somya Group) was established in 2007 and provided services in
media solutions such as Bulk SMS, Print Media, Yellow pages and Online Portal.

Later on moved into institutional sales to start with installation of RO equipments
with its brand name “Meetha Paani” and ventured into garments, FMCG products
and consumer durables under its brand name Home Shop 21.

We have diversified our business into one more institution i.e. distribution rights of
all FMCG products at Rajasthan State Roadways Transport Corporation [RSRTC]
bus stand premise stalls and have got the marketing rights for entire Rajasthan of
various companies along with that we are also planning to launch rural outlets.

We have launched our own brand of packaged drinking water, beverages and
namkeen by the name of ‘SPARSH’.
