• BIM Is a software platform from Cradle to
Grave.
• In other words – a software meeting the
needs from Inception to Demolition for the
whole life cycle of a construction project.

• As BIM becomes more
popular in 2009, there is an
increasing demand for BIM
practitioners from the
construction industry.
• The demand becomes
more acute when the Hong
Kong Housing Authority
announced in May 2010
their goal for full
implementation of BIM in
all its projects by the
financial year 2014/15.
