Our $11.00 per person price includes food & disposable chafing dishes.
Stainless chafing dishes are available with a refundable deposit. Our staff will deliver your
food to the Troutdale House. If you would like them to stay for your event it will cost
an additional $30 per hour per server (this includes setting up buffet, table service of
beverages, clean-up of buffet & dining areas. It does not include tip; suggested at 18%.)
Meal selections must be confirmed four weeks prior to the date of your function. The final number
in attendance for your event must be specified by noon on the date noted on your contract. At that
time the number in your party will be considered a guarantee and no longer subject to reduction.
Each function requires an advance deposit, with the
balance of all charges due 48 hours prior to your event.
