Why is training course
management important?
 With so many different required training courses
within the EHS discipline, a large organization
struggled to find a way for employees to schedule and
sign up for available courses. The organization was
looking for a digital solution to these challenges in
addition to a way for instructors to verify participation in

 A Missouri company was fined by OSHA for failure to
provide safety training to their employees. Although
the company insisted they had provided the training
and had “sign in sheets” for the training sessions, this
