Delegate Management of My Bibliography
MY NCBI & My Bibliography
My NCBI Tool to Replace eRA Commons for
Bibliography Management. Notice Number: NOTOD-10-103
“Required actions:
1. If not already established, PD/PIs must
establish a My NCBI account to gain access to My
Bibliography.
2. My NCBI accounts must be linked to eRA
Commons accounts.
3. PD/PIs … must enter new citations into their
My NCBI accounts.
4. As of October 22,[2010] …citations must be
added to My Bibliography so that they will continue
to appear in Commons and can be associated with
Publications in eRA Commons

future annual progress reports.” 3
eRA Commons users may assign a delegate
to manage their My Bibliography:
1. The delegate should have a My NCBI
account.
2. Begin by signing in to My NCBI.
3. Click on My Bibliography.
4. Click on Edit My Bibliography Settings.
5. Click on Add a Delegate.
6. Add the delegates email address and
click Save.
7. The delegate will receive an email in
which they will confirm they their status
allowing them to manage the My
Bibliography.
