• The process will determine whether the student may be
enrolled in regular freshman-level courses in the Fall
semester or required to enroll in the summer semester
with mandatory participation in the Summer
Developmental Program.

Program entitles the student to continued enrollment in
the Fall semester at the university of his or her choice.

• Be a resident of Mississippi.
• Select a program eligible for Mississippi
residents.
• Complete the admission process at the
institution offering the eligible Academic
Common Market program.

Leadership is solving
problems. The day
soldiers [students] stop
bringing you their
problems is the day you
have stopped leading
them. They have either
lost confidence that you
can help or concluded
you do not care. Either
case is a failure of
leadership.
