focuses on strengths, possibilities, solutions and
success.

 Floodlight Vision means standing back and asking “what
else is there?
 This means looking at the past- present - future with a
broad focus on contributing factors and possible
solutions.
 Floodlight Vision is a frame of mind that is openminded, non-judgmental, and optimistic. Floodlight
thinking is an intentional process used to open up
our view.
