Week 2 Assignment

My impression on the class of ideation is I’m quite excited with the class because I will learn
a lot of new things regarding innovation and the feeling is also happy and kind of curious on
what is going to happened for my future study in this course and hopefully can take many
insightful knowledge to broad for my career later on. My impression to this course is also
positive because I know that this course would broaden my knowledge in the business world
especially management and marketing sector, that eventually will help on expanding my
knowledge regarding the innovation world. Hopefully by joining this course this semester I
could gain many insightful knowledge for my future career later on. Also, I learned to become
an more innovative person as an entrepreneur one day.
My learnings for the first session are it is related to my previous course which Is project
hatchery and entrepreneurship hatchery and this is very related with each other because we
learn back about the design thinking process like first of all empathies, define, ideate,
prototype, and test. I also learn about how Netflix change tv by 2016 Netflix had innovated to
provide streaming media and video-on-demand to over 100 million customers worldwide. I
also learned that in 2006 Netflix was a DVD rental business in a price war with the block buster.
I also learn that Ideation course is very important for my future knowledge when I already
have my own business later on. I learned about an different companies with their innovation
strategies that they currently doing for example like Cazoo, and Oral B on how they started
with an customer complain and problem for there, they started to innovate their products or
services to satisfied the customers.
