- After using JCSAT for tuner for downstream, the quality of video stream becomes better however
still blurred.
- For audio, we prefer to use Skype for talking and listening because it is very clear than using
dokodemo.
- For uplink, we are still using VSAT provided by Australian University with bandwidth 128kbps, so
we need better connection to improve uplink and downstream connection.

The entire infrastructure is not changed. We are still using VSAT line with 128 kbps to
network campus and to SOI connection.

Now SOI E-learning course is placed at Faculty of Engineering. Therefore, they are interesting in
engineering area. Almost of student, prefer to use Bahasa Indonesia for the class.
