Cornerstone Hospital Medical Center - Early Adopter of Telemedicine Program
Houston, Texas - Cornerstone Hospital Medical Center (“CHMC”), recently partnered with iDoc Telehealth
Solutions to implement a state of the art Telemedicine Intensive Care Unit (“Tele-ICU”) Program. As a
healthcare provider located in the world’s largest Medical Center, Cornerstone is dedicated to providing the
highest quality of care to the communities it serves. With the addition of Tele-ICU, Cornerstone will provide
high acuity and critical care services not available in any other Long Term Acute Care (“LTAC”) hospital in

individualized, interdisciplinary acute care. With 24/7 critical care rounding capabilities to assist in the
interpretation and transformation of data, iDoc TeleHealth services compliment the work of the physicians
and clinical professionals that treat patients at CHMC by supporting the timely identification, intervention
and treatment of patients experiencing a medical urgency before they require resuscitation. This proactive

FDA and HIPAA compliance allows Bentley to be utilized in pre-operative, peri-operative, post-surgical,
psychological and critical care assessments and examinations. Equipped with an electronic stethoscope,
Bentley has the ability to also connect with other diagnostic devices such as otoscopes and ultrasounds that
